業務内容
1. Manage a team of customer service specialist, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback as needed.
2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, ensuring that they are consistent with company values and objectives.
3. Monitor customer satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans to address any issues.
4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
5. Develop and deliver customer service training programs for new and existing employees.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into business strategies and initiatives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
8. In charge of setting up and testing of customer service line and related systems and services.
9. Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
10. Work Location: Tokyo
応募資格/条件
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
2. 10+ years of customer service experience.
3. Microsoft Office skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
5. Possess the legal right to work in Japan.
6. Previous airline experience preferred.
7. Demonstration of skills and knowledge in Amadeus systems.
8. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
